Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Limits and Methods

5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳5,000 means you can start playing with a total of ৳12,500. A 25x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- The bonus applies once only — per user, household, or device.
- The wagering requirement must be met within 30 days of receiving the bonus, otherwise the bonus will be cancelled.
- If a withdrawal is made while a bonus is active, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Program
The ba89 VIP program has 4 tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:
- Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
Users may be promoted to a higher VIP tier based on regular activity. Cashback will be added to the account at a set time each week. Separate terms apply for each VIP tier.
5.4 Bonus Abuse
If an attempt is made to gain unfair advantage through bonus abuse, manipulation of betting patterns, or exploitation of the system, ba89 may cancel the bonus and close the account. In cases of suspected activity, ba89's decision will be considered final.
Betting Rules
6.1 Rules for Placing Bets
Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. It is the user's responsibility to ensure the correct amount is being bet on the correct game. If a technical error results in an incorrect bet, ba89 reserves the right to void it.
6.2 Sports Betting
Bets can be placed on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. The official results of the relevant sporting body apply for determining bet outcomes. Separate rules may apply for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, FIFA, and other international leagues.
6.3 Casino Games
All casino games (slots, live casino, fishing games, bingo, etc.) are operated according to set rules. Game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
6.4 Cancelled Events
If a sports event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be refunded or reassessed in accordance with ba89's policy. ba89's decision is final.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are completely prohibited on ba89:
- Conducting transactions through money laundering or illegal funds.
- Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
- Exploiting any system vulnerability or error to gain an unfair advantage.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts.
- Opening multiple accounts with false information to repeatedly claim bonus benefits.
- Disrupting the normal operation of the platform.
- Using another user's account on their behalf.
- Making deposits or withdrawals using third-party payment methods.
If any of the above violations are detected, the relevant account will be closed immediately, the balance will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.
Account Termination
8.1 Termination by the User

8.2 Termination by ba89
ba89 may close or suspend an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:
- Any violation of these terms and conditions.
- Providing false or misleading information.

- Suspected money laundering or other illegal activities.
- As required to comply with regulatory authority directives.
8.3 Consequences of a Ban
If an account is closed due to a violation, the balance may be forfeited in full or in part. ba89's decision in this matter is final.
